This tutorial was made in PSP 8.1 but I am sure could be done in any version. You will need 1 tube, 2 masks and a brush all of which are supplied in the zip file. You can get my zipped file Here. You will also need the filter Filters Unlimited 2
Place the masks in your mask folder. Bring up the brush in PSP and go to Export Custom Brush, name it and hit OK. Bring up the tubes in PSP.
Take this arrow with you to keep your place in this tutorial.

( 1 ) Open a new 600x450 transparent Image.
( 2 ) With your foreground on #BEBFD8 and your background on #DBA685, In your foreground make a foreground background gradient with these settings, style linear, angle 0 repeats 0, invert checked and flood fill your image.
( 3 ) New Layer, Flood fill with color #432721
( 4 ) Layers Load/Save Mask from disc and find the mask AngelDemon~CSB, apply with these settings checked, source luminance, and hide all mask. Layers merge, merge group.
( 5 ) Image resize and resize this layer by 75%, all layers unchecked. Move her to the right bottom corner.
( 6 ) New Layer, flood fill with #432721
( 7 ) Layers Load/Save Mask from disc and find the mask Blend20, apply with these settings checked, source luminance, and hide all mask. Layers merge, merge group.
( 8 ) Take your eraser tool with these settings Size 90, Hardness 0, Opacity 50 and erase away the mask from the ladies face.
( 9 ) Go the the layer with the ladies face and with your eraser, same settings as before erase away the hard edges. Back to your top layer.
( 10 ) New layer. Take your brush with these settings, Size 20, Hardness 0, Opacity 19. With your foreground on color #1B4D1B, give some color to the palm trees(See my image) Lower the opacity of this layer to around 80.
( 11 ) Go to the tube Yoka-Guy-070506-small and resize to 400 in height. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your image. Place him to the left bottom (see my image)
( 12 ) Effects 3D Effects, Dropshadow with these settings, Vertical -1, Horizontal -5, Opacity 50, Blur 15 and color Black.
( 13 ) New Layer. Take your brush, and find the brush you saved at the beginning of this tutorial. With your foreground on #FFFFFF, brush size 220 stamp it to the top right. (See my image)
( 14 ) Effects 3D Effects, Dropshadow with these settings, Vertical 1, Horizontal 1, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and color Black. Place the blend mode of this layer on Hard Light.
( 15 ) Layers Merge, Merge all. Edit, Copy.
( 16 ) Image Add Borders 2, color #432721
( 17 ) Image Add Borders 15, color White. Select this border with your magic wand and paste into selection. Keep the selection.
( 18 ) Effects, ICI Filters Unlimited 2 and choose Buttons and Frames, 3D Glass Frame 1 with the Frame Size set to 15.
( 19 ) Image Add Borders 2, color #432721.
( 20 ) Place your name on it if you wish, Resize your image and save as a JPG and you are finished.
