This tutorial was made in PSP 8.1 but I am sure could be done in any version. For this tutorial I used a Scrap Kit from Suzi Sgai who is no longer online. You can get the scrap Kit Here Unzip the Scrap Kit into a folder of your choice. You can get my zipped file of the 2 tubes I used Here Please note the Tubes layers are x'd out. You will also need the filter Filters Unlimited 2 Bring up the tubes in PSP.

( 1 ) Open a new 600 x 450 transparent Image.
( 2 ) Bring up from your scrap kit folder Paper6_Texture* and in your foreground go to patterns, find this pattern and set it on, angle 0 and scale 50. Flood fill this layer with this pattern.
( 3 ) Selections select all, selections modify by 35. New layer and bring up from your scrap kit folder Paper5_Texture. Resize it to 400 x 400. In your Background go to patterns, find this pattern and set it on, angle 0 and scale 100. Flood fill this selection with this pattern.
( 4 ) New Layer. Take your selection tool with these settings, Selection Type, Rounded Rectangle, feather 0 & Anti-alias checked. Make a selection around the square so the it fits well within the square. Selections, modify, select, selections borders with both sides checked, antilais checked and border width set to 3. Flood fill this selection with your foreground pattern. Keep selected.
( 5 ) Effects 3D effects, Inner bevel with these settings, Bevel No.1, Width 3, Smoothness 0, Depth 1, Ambience 2, Shininess 0, Angle 315, Intensity 50, Elevation 30, Color White. Effects 3D effects dropshadow with these settings, V & H 2, Opacity 80, Blur 5. Always keep this layer on top.
( 6 ) Back to layer 2. Selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat. Effects, ICI Filters Unlimited 2 and use Edges Square, Square Edge 17 with default settings. Selections, select none.
( 7 ) Effects 3D effects dropshadow same settings as before.
( 6 ) Layers duplicate. Take your deform tool and turn this to the right so that it stays within the canvas.
( 8 ) Layers duplicate and image mirror. In you layer palett X out your bottom layer and the frame layer, merge the 3 paper layers visible. Un X your layers.
( 9 ) Go to the tube SS_943_Tube. Go to Image Greyscale. Image increase color depth 16 million colors. Resize this tube to 450 in height. Copy.
( 10 ) Paste as a new layer onto your Image. Place her to the left and use your deformation tool to stretch her up if she came up a bit short. Put this away for a bit we are now going to work on a frame.
( 11 ) Bring up from your scrap kit folder Frame_Texture4*. With your magic wand click inside the frame. With your mover tool right click on this selection and center it. Selections modify expand by 6. New layer and move this down under the frame. Floodfill this selection with your background pattern.
( 12 ) Back to the frame and once again click inside the frame and center it with your mover toll as before, selections modify and expand by 2, selections float, New layer, layers move, move down, effects 3D effects, cutout with these settings, V & H 3, Opacity 40, Blur 10 and color black, new layer and repeat this cutout with V & H at -3.
( 13 ) Go to the tube @nn_290906_FashionColl_LouisVShoe_TD2. This tube came with a shoe on her head. I have removed the shoe but have also included the original. Use whichever one you want. Resize this tube to 180 in height. Copy.
( 14 ) Back to the frame and make sure you are on the bottom layer. Paste as a new layer. With your deformation tool fit her nicely into the frame.
( 15 ) Effects 3D effects dropshadow same settings as before except put the blur on 10. Merge layers visible. Image resize and resize to 274 x 252, lock aspect ratio unchecked. Copy.
( 16 ) Back to your original grahic and paste as a new layer. Place it to the top left (See my image) Adjust Sharpness, unsharp mask with these settings, Radius 1, Strength 64, Clipping 4.
( 17 ) Effects 3D effects, dropshadow with these settings V 0, H 9, Opacity 50, Blur 10, Color Black and again at V0, H -9.
( 18 ) Bring up from your scrap kit Tag_Branco*. Go to your brush and find a text brush (anything will do ) and place some text on this tag with the foreground pattern. Resize it to 140x140. Copy.
( 19 ) Back to your original graphic and paste as a new layer. With your deformation tool rotate it to the left. Drag this layer below the last layer and place to the bottom of the frame (see my image) Effects, 3D effects Drop shadow, same settings as in step 5.
( 20 ) Bring up from your scrap kit folder Alfinete 1. Resize this to 75 in height, aspect ratio checked. Copy.
( 21 ) Make sure you are on the layer of the frame with the lady and paste as a new layer. Adjust Sharpness, unsharp mask same settings as before. Place it over the frame at the bottom 9 (see my image) Adjust Sharpness, unsharp mask with these settings, Radius 1, Strength 64, Clipping 4. Effects, 3D effects Drop shadow, same settings as before.
( 22 ) Go back to the tag layer. Take your brush at round, size 4, opacity 100, color black and put a dot at the end of the pin.
( 23 ) Back to your frame (with the lady) layer. Bring up from your scrap kit folder Flor4 and resize to 75 in height, aspect ratio checked. Copy.
( 24 ) Paste as a new layer onto your image and place it to the right, bottom of the frame. (see my image) Adjust Sharpness, unsharp mask with these settings, Radius 1, Strength 64, Clipping 4. Effects, 3D effects Drop shadow, same settings as before.
( 25 ) Bring up from your scrap kit folder Tampinha 2. Resize to 106 in height, aspect ratio checked. Copy.
( 26 ) Paste as a new layer onto your image and place it to the top right on the frame. Effects, 3D effects Drop shadow, same settings as before.
( 27 ) Bring up from your scrap kit folder Fita_Preta* and resize it to 600 in width, aspect ratio checked. Copy.
( 28 ) Paste as a new layer onto your image and place it toward the bottom (see my image) Effects, 3D effects Drop shadow, same settings as before.
( 29 ) Go to Layer 5 (the layer with the standing lady) Selections select all, selections float, selections defloat. Now go to the layer with the frame, should be on top, and with your eraser, same settings as before, erase the frame away from the ladies right leg and across her waist and then do the same on your last layer (Fita_Preta*) Selections, select none.
( 30 ) Back to layer 5 and give it a drop shadow, same settings as before except change the blur to 10.
( 31 ) Back to the layer below the first frame. New Layer. Take your text tool with these settings. Create as Vector, Font Times New Roman, size 36, sroke width 1, Have your foreground pattern on the lighter tile color, background closed, type in Style. Place it at the center bottom of the frame (see my image) Adjust Sharpness, Sharpen more.
( 32 ) Bring up from your scrap kit folder Botao5* and resize it to 140 in height, aspect ratio checked. Copy.
( 33 ) Paste as a new layer onto your image. Place it between the girls legs. Use the deformation tool to bring it in a little.
( 34 ) Go to your text tool, same setting as before except have your dark pattern in your background, forground nul. Type Fashion. Turn it to fit between the ladies legs ( see my image) also stretch it down a little. Convert to a Raster layer and give it a dropshadow, same settings except change the V & H to 1.
( 35 ) Now you can go to your button layer and if you want erase some of the buttons that might be in the way of the text. You can also shift them with your selection tool, by making a selection around then and make sure your selection mode is set to replace.
( 36 ) Bring up from your scrap kit folder Laco4* and resize to 248 in height & 128 in width, aspect ratio unchecked. Go to Adjust, Color Balance, Manual Color Correction, and use these settings, Manual Target Color button checked, Source Color #F3F3F3, Target #000000 and hit OK. Copy.
( 37 ) Paste as a new layer onto your image and move it over the bow around the ladies waist (see my image) Give it a dropshadow, same settings as in step 5. Make sure everything is to your liking and Merge All.
( 38 ) Image add borders 1 color black.
( 39 ) Image add borders 15, color white. Select this border with your magic wand and flood fill it with the lighter pattern. Effects 3D effects, inner bevel, same settings as before except change the width to 3.
( 40 ) Image add borders 1, color Black.
( 41 ) Bring up from your scrap kit folder Espiral2 and resize to 50 in height, aspect ratio checked. Copy.
( 42 ) Paste as a new layer onto your image and place it in the top left corner. Duplicate this layer, image mirror image flip.
( 43 ) Resize the duplicate layer by 75%, aspect ratio unchecked. Put it in place. Back to the top layer and layers merge, merge down.
( 44 ) Now take your Freehand selection tool set to Point to Point, Mode add, and make a selection around the outside of the frame and around the inside so that you have half of this tube selected. Do this to both. Go to Adjust, Color Balance, Manual Color Correction, same settings as before. (see my image) Layers merge, merge visible.
( 45 ) Resize to your original size, place your name on it if you want. Sharpen with the unsharp mask as before, save as a JPG and you are finished.
