This tutorial was made in PSP X2 but can be done in any version.
For this tutorial you will need 1 tube a background pic & a mask,
and you can get the ones I used Here.
The tube is from Ann The Mask is from Zuzzanna You will also need the 20/20 mask.
Place the masks in your masks folder.
Please Note: All layers are turned off in the tube file.
Of course if you wish to use your own tubes and pic then please do.
You will also need the filter Filters Unlimited2.

Take this arrow with you to keep your place in this tutorial.

( 1 ) Open a new 700 x 500 transparent Image. Choose a light Foreground color & a dark Background color from your background pic, here I used foreground on #cacdbc, & background on #313e57.
( 2 ) New layer. Flood fill with your background color.
( 3 ) New layer. Flood fill with your foreground color.
( 4 ) Effects, Filters Unlimited2, Paper Textures, Canvas Fine, default settings.
( 5 ) Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask From Disc and choose zuzzanna_mask44 with these settings marked Source Luminance, Fit To Canvas & Hide All Mask. Layers merge, merge group.
( 6 ) With your selection tool set to Rounded Rectangle make a selection inside the frame of the large part of the mask. (Doesn't have to be exact because you can fit the pic your are going to put in it with your deform, (pic) tool.) New layer and copy and paste your pic into the selection. Selections, select none. Now fit it to the frame with your deform (pic) tool.
( 7 ) Selections select all, selections float, selections defloat, selections invert, selection modify and feather by 15. Now hit your delete key 2 or 3 times. Reduce the opacity of this layer to 46.
( 8 ) Now do the same with the small frame of the mask only when you have fit it to the frame use the 20/20 mask with fit to layer marked. Merge group. Lower the opacity of this layer to 75 or whatever looks right with the pic you are using.
( 9 ) With your eraser tool set to size 20 carefully remove the pic from over the eyelets of the mask. Do this with both pic layers.
( 10 ) Bring up the tube @nn_070107_BourneID_tdstudio and apply the 20/20 mask to it. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your image. Resize by 85%, all layers unchecked. Place it in the center of the large frame. Layers duplicate, layers merge, merge down.
( 11) Go to your bottom layer and place the blend mode of this layer on LuminanceL. (Please note if your bottom layer is black then you need to set the blend mode to screen)
( 12 ) New Layer. Layers arrange Send to Bottom. Take your selection tool set to point to point and add_shift. Make selections around all of the leaves. Doesn't have to be exact but try and stay away from the shadows of the mask. Flood fill with #013901 or a color of your choice.
( 13 ) Do the same with the swirley bits and the words and flood fill with #bb6a4f or a color of your choice. I also did the little berries and flood filled with red.
( 14 ) Layers merge, merge visible. Effects Filters Unlimited2, Buttons & Frames, 3D Glass Frame 1, Frame Size 15 & Contrast 64.
( 15 ) Selections. select all, selections modify contract by 14, Selections invert. Effects 3d effects dropshadow with these settings, V & H 5, Opacity 50, Blur 20 & color #000000. Repeat With V & H at -5
( 21 ) Place your name on it if you wish and you are finished.
